Our Story
The Porters Arms was created with a simple idea in mind: to bring people together over great beer and good conversation.
Inspired by the traditional values of the British pub, we wanted to create a welcoming space where quality drinks, friendly faces and a relaxed atmosphere take centre stage. As an independent micropub in the heart of Aylsham, we’re proud to offer an experience that’s a little different from larger pubs and chains.
Our carefully selected range of real ales, craft beers and ciders changes regularly, giving both regulars and first-time visitors something new to discover with every visit. Alongside our beers, you’ll also find a thoughtfully chosen selection of wines, spirits, alcohol-free drinks, teas and coffees, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
